Old Factory Refurbishment. This is another personal Project I stared just for me and to demonstrate my work. I leave near a derelict Old water board building and always dreamed of getting my hands on it one day. This is my design and visualisation of the space. I have to carry out this project in my spare time so I will add more renders as and when I can squeeze them in. I plan to model the kitchen, Living room and bedroom on the mezzanine next. I will then move onto the other wing which will include a bathroom, Home office and garden area.
