Situated on a corner, undersized plot (about 93 sqm), the housing consisting of 3 apartments is located on the last 3 floors (1st, 2nd and attic). The basement becomes a major underground space, completely under the street level illuminated through an inner court; the ground floor is condensed in a massive, rigid element. A major step of the design was to highlight the movement tendencies of the upper volume, splitting it in the middle, offering a glimpse inside the massive white block and exposing the soft geometry of the staircase.
