Martín Gruttadauria was born in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, in 1979. He has successfully finished his university studies on master level in the area of Design and Production of images and is now continuously developing his skills as a video artist, filmmaker and photographer. as well as in the area of television, producing and directing documentaries. In 2006, he founds KINO WERKEN, the production company with which he produces “RR, the bitter harvest”, his first known documentary film. Currently, he is living in Berlin, Germany, where he mostly works in the area of video and photography, realizing art exhibitions (for example: June 2010: videoinstallation at the gallery Saalbau, Berlin; December 2009: International Art exhibition, Kindl Brauerei, Berlin; September 2009 Photo-exhibition “When the North becomes the South”, Berlin etc.) as well as in the production of documentaries. Moreover, he is engaged in the field of the organization of film-clubs (as curator, writer and organizer). He has been realizing activities in this area in Argentina, Denmark as well as Germany. Recently, he has founded a film-club in Berlin which functions in the district of Neukölln.
