Why wasn't my submission accepted? Can you give me any feedback?

Unfortunately because of the high volume of submissions Creattica receives it is currently not feasible for us to provide individual feedback for rejected submissions. An experienced designer carefully reviews each submission to determine its suitability for the Creattica Gallery.

Design and visuals are a matter of taste, so if your item has been rejected it may be that the look and feel simply don't match what we're looking for here at Creattica. We suggest that you compare your item to some of the others in a similar category to look for any possible improvements.

No insult or criticism is intended when an item is rejected, and we apologize that not everything can be included in the gallery. Happily there are many other galleries around, and we encourage you to submit your work to both Creattica and similar sites to maximize your chances of being showcased.

I'm having trouble uploading my submission

We accept submissions that are in the following formats, double check that your file has been saved in one of the standard formats listed below:

• JPEG
• PNG

Please note that PDF files are not accepted.

Resolution Requirements

• Preview Image: 320px by 260px
• Main Image: up to 880px wide and any height

How do I delete my profile?

Don't leave us! We can change! Please!

OK, if you really must then you can delete your profile on Creattica by clicking on 'Edit Your Details' from your account dropdown when logged in. Once in the account section, look for the link half way down the page that says 'Delete Your Profile', click this and confirm to delete your account.
